(6) Deflection Limitation

The deflection limitation for spatial structures is not typically based on the overall structural requirements, but it depends instead on the architectural and cladding limitations. In practice, deflection is generally limited to span/120 based on architectural aesthetic requirement. If glass cladding is used, a stricter span/240 defection limit is used.
